Have any of you ever heard of Braden Power? I hadn’t until I stumbled across this article about him, Braden Power. It turns out that he is this really neat real estate developer. He, along with his brother Craig and their business Power Properties, fixes up run down parts of Dallas Texas and turns them into something spectacular. He focuses on making homes that would appeal to young and single professionals. If you fit the bill, check him out!
