Life Coach

I think that the first time that I ever heard of a life coach was a few years ago, first on Oprah, and then on shortly after on Gilmore Girls when Paris got a life coach. At first, I will admit that I thought the idea of a life coach sounded very odd and somewhat humorous. However, I realize now that I had a huge misconception of what a life coach is and who might benefit from a life coach. The whole purpose of a life coach is to help you, or the person/people that they are coaching, to live life to the fullest. It also allows you to feel more self-empowered; to have someone there whose sole goal is your success, to help you set better goals, to help you gain a stronger sense of well being and more. As well, life coaching is also a great option for those who are experiencing martial problems, single parenting, dealing with getting older, dealing with a career change, dealing with divorce, dealing with difficult relationships, etc. If you are looking for a life coach then I suggest that you check out the link and learn more about life coaching and about Jamie Behr. She has years of experience in various fields and it really seems that she might be able to make a positive difference in your life if you are reading for a difference to be made!
