Okay, so I am so bad at going to bed at a proper time!! I am never going to get on a good sleep schedule if I keep staying up so late. Of course, I take complete responsibility on this because it is my own fault. Each day, I wake up and think, today will be the day that I go to bed at a good time, but it never happens, and I always end up going to bed at about 2 in the morning. How terrible is that? I think that has become my new sleep pattern and it is getting awfully hard to break. Of course, blogging at this hour is hardly a good idea to promote sleep, but I am so out of ideas of what to do. Because, I am not tired earlier in the day since I sleep so late. The only thing I can think to do is to make myself wake up early then I will be super tired all day but hopefully I can go to bed at a better time!! I'll try that, but I don't know that I will be able to do it since I will probably just crawl back into bed and continue to sleep. Oh dear. I have a serious problem!! But at least I've been going to bed slightly earlier each night. It was at three, then 2:30 and hopefully I can go to bed at 2 tonight, so I am making some small progress!
